CrossLypka

CrossLypka is a collaborative duo consisting of Tyler Cross (b. 1992 in Lancaster, CA) and Kyle Lypka (b. 1987 in Philadelphia, PA); the artists live and work in Oakland, CA. Solo exhibitions include Sport, Bureau, New York (2026); In the opening, Chris Sharp Gallery, Los Angeles (2025); 00, april april, Pittsburgh (2025); Tarantula, House of Seiko, San Francisco (2024); Gravity Corner, BlunkSpace, Point Reyes (2022); and I Surrender, pt.2 Gallery, Oakland (2020). Group exhibitions include Galerie Greta Meert, Brussels (2025); KADIST, San Francisco (2024); Anthony Meier, Mill Valley (2023); Marin MoCA, Novato (2022); and Berkeley Art Center, Berkeley (2022). Work by CrossLypka can be found in the public collections of KADIST and The Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive. They are the recipiets of the 2026 SECA art award, which will result in a solo exhibition at SFMOMA, San Francisco in December 2026.
